Technical description
We have designed the buildings with an emphasis on the size of the apartments, proximity to nature and the design of modern community spaces. The materials and structures used include monolithic reinforced concrete pillars, walls and slabs, 15 cm Dryvit insulated render and thermal insulation on external walls and slab roofs.
The partition walls are made of 10 cm thick masonry bricks, the windows are of high quality, the building has a flat roof and a roof terrace. The façades alternate between painted surfaces and building board inserts. Windows have plastic and aluminium structures. Modern lighting and electrical solutions have been applied throughout the building.
The Waterside Residence comprises 1 basement level, ground floor and 8 floors. The floors have 41-41 apartments, with the difference between even and odd floors being the design of the balconies. On the top floor, the larger apartments (32 units) have direct roof terraces, allowing the use of green roofs on the end floors. The final level has an intensively planted green roof, while the first floor is landscaped. A significant part of the parking area is located at basement level, served by widened ramps. The building has several main entrances and is equipped with a number of amenities such as a club room and coworking office space. The apartments are varied and a significant number have terraces. The buildings have a central corridor, natural light for daylighting and the corridors are lit through double atriums.
The property is bordered by Danubius Street parallel to the Danube from the west, by Shipwright Street from the north and by Túróc Street from the south. The direct panorama of the Danube is limited only by the buildings of the Marina Part Phase I, while the low built-up area opening up towards Hajókovács Street allows uninterrupted views towards the Buda Hills and the Bay of Újpest.
