Even the floods did not stop the construction!

In September, despite the flooding and rainfall, construction of the Waterside Residence is progressing well. Although the complex is being built in the immediate vicinity of the Danube, it is located just outside the floodplain. The buildings remained dry during the flood, with only rain soaking the still open parts.

The slab above the 6th floor of building A is already under construction, and the masonry work on the 1st and 2nd floors is already underway.

In building B, the 4th floor pillars and walls are being built.

In building ‘C’, after the preparation of the slab above the 3rd floor, the concreting will start.

In building ‘D’, the formwork works for the slab above the 7th floor are underway and the construction of the facade, partition and partition walls has started.
